More than 700 pieces of samosas are consumed in just 4 hours. On the day of Haat Bazaar, this number increases to 1100 pieces. About 80 to 100 samosas are made at a time.
Sale of 1100 samosas on the day of the market
Shop owner Sumit Kumar said that potato and chickpea curry and chutney are served with samosas. Talking about the price, two samosas are available here for 10 rupees. But, two samosas are available for 20 rupees with chickpea chole and sweet chutney. More than 1100 samosas are sold on market days i.e. Tuesday and Friday. At this shop, you will find many things including jalebi, chickpea bhatura, sweets along with samosas.
